10 Clean Up Instructions
- LB and TSA bacterial growth plates must be given to an instructor or placed in our incubator in Room 6114.
- All liquids from pipetting (materials with no bacterial contamination) can be poured down the sink and plastic can go in the regular trash.
- All materials from plate streaking that contacted bacteria need to go into the biohazard trash.
- Return all pipettes to their holders.
- Return all reusable materials to our storage drawers.
- Wipe down all surfaces.
- Remove PPE.
- Wash hands.
