Review the complete protocol before beginning. Several of the steps in this procedure are time and/or temperature-sensitive, so it’s important that you know what to expect and how to manage your time. There are also several types of tubes with specific names that need to be used for specific protocol steps. They are shown in the illustration below to help you keep track of these materials.
