Oded Shoseyov is a nanobiotechnologist whose research focuses on plant molecular biology and protein engineering as well as creating super-performing materials. He’s also a professor at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He has authored/co-authored over 160 scientific publications and also is the inventor or co-inventor of 45 patents. He received the Kaye Innovation Award in 2010. With his 10 founded companies, he is currently focusing on engineering new materials for human tissue, jet fuel, and food packaging.
