MSK LAB 18A – Imaging Anatomy of the Carnivore Pelvic Limb
Learning Objectives
- List the views of the pelvis and coxofemoral joint, and the stifle, tarsus, and pes of the dog/cat
- List the radiographic anatomy present in each of the views discussed
- List the differences between dogs and cats regarding the views of the pelvic limb
LAB INSTRUCTIONS:
This mandatory lab is held in the class lecture theater ie D-239. Please bring your team bone boxes to the session. Dr. Petrovitch will be leading you through the learning objectives listed above. Reference to a physical bone while understanding the imaging appearance of the bone and its features will be helpful.
