The entire class attends this mandatory session in D-239. A diagnostic imaging specialist will present on imaging of the upper respiratory tract, with a focus on radiography. The standard views obtained and identification of normal anatomical structures on each view will be considered. Case based application of imaging anatomy is incorporated into the session, allowing the learner an opportunity to recognize normal from abnormal imaging anatomy in the context of clinical presentations.
Learning outcomes for this lab will be assessed in a summative written assessment.
