Welcome to BIT 477/577 Metagenomics!

This half-semester laboratory module focuses on techniques to study the microbial communities that surround us using next-generation or high-throughput sequencing methods. This guide was created based on the contributions of the course participants during the fall of 2019 and fall of 2020.
