Learning Objectives

  • Create buyer personas based on your target markets
  • Create customer journey maps for each of your buyer personas

Project Focus

Based on your research, you should be able to identify at least two target markets. What are the unique needs of each market and how does your product solve that need? Use those target markets to create your buyer personas. Then, take each buyer persona and create a customer journey map. The templates are in your Opportunity Model Portfolio.
